Getting Fit

So summer is around the corner and as you all know panic mode has now kicked in, that bikini body needs to happen ASAP and of course my fitness level is my second priority. Now I have found the best training ground in central London, a cute little spot in Maida vale called Paddington recreation ground.

Paddington recreation ground
This little gem has everything you could possibly need to get fit, a running track, indoor gym, tennis courts, outdoor gym facilities, and a large park area.

Large Park area
I tend to use the running track and outdoor gym equipment and it cost absolutely nothing. You can even find boot camp and fitness groups training there which can be the push you need to keep going. For me if you live or work in the area you should definitely try it out if you need motivation to get in shape.

My fitness gear:

I have purchased a whole new fitness wardrobe that includes a few Nike “Dri-Fit” technology leggings, my favourite ones are the capri style. I also love these Nike running trainers because they are so comfortable and move and support my feet when running and working out.

Whilst out running if you have a smart phone you should definitely download the Nike running app for some direction.
